The General Counsel and Compliance team is responsible for all risk management matters, including ethical reporting, supply chain and compliance with legal professional obligations. A Risk Committee meets quarterly to consider key risks facing the firm and identify risk improvement measures. The Committee comprises the firm’s managing partner, chief financial officer, senior members of the General Counsel and Compliance team and other partners and senior managers.
